Prepare tea with porcelain or glass utensils only. Bring water to boil.
Use one tea bag per cup.
Pour boiling water over tea bag
Cover cup and allow to steep for 5 minutes Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herbs.
Drink one cup at night after meal
The dosage strength of tea can be adjusted by
increasing or reducing the tea bag steeping time in boiling water.
Recommended steeping time of 2 minutes for first
