Prepare tea with porcelain or  glass utensils only. Bring water to boil.

Use one tea bag per cup.Pour boiling water over tea bag.

Cover cup and allow to steep for3 to 5 minutes. Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herbs.

Drink one cup at night after meal.

When taking this product drink plenty of water.

The dosage strength of tea can be adjusted.by increasing or reducing the teabag steepingtime in boiling water.

Recommended steeping time of 2 minutes for first time drinker.

Increase steeping time for up to 5 minutes tolerated.

and extracts equivalent to dry Crataegus pinnatifida fruit 360mg

Aiisma orientale tuber 240mg

Plantago asiatica seed  360mg

Nelumbo nucifera leaf  420mg

Hordeum vulgare fruit*240mg

Citrus aurantium fruit 420mg
Senna tora seed  360mg

Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop
